DJ Dezy works the Victorian south coast out of Apollo Bay, mixing hip hop, funk, electronic, R&B and pop rock. The crate runs from 80s classics through to current chart material, which matters more than it sounds. A floor that empties when the decade changes is a floor that has been read badly. Dezy's whole approach is built on the mix staying moving, one track leaning into the next, so the night keeps its shape from the first hour to the last.
