DJ Ruby Chew plays weddings, corporate events and festivals across Adelaide and further out, with more than 15 years behind the decks. The mix leans funk, soul, disco, pop and party classics, put together for the room in front of her rather than pulled off a shelf. Playlists are worked out with the client beforehand. And if you want live playing over the top of a DJ set, saxophone or percussion can be added, which changes the feel of a night considerably without needing a full band.
