DJ Starma is a DJ from Western Australia.
DJ Starma combines DJ sets with beatboxing and live looping. What started as an interest in mixing grew into a full act combining DJing, MCing and beatbox technique, with live layering. Funk, hip hop, breakbeat, house and drum and bass make up the working genres, with loops and vocal effects built into the set as it runs. Starma Llama has performed and taught beatboxing and looping technique across Western Australia, and has supported acts including Stickybuds, Phibes, WBBL, Slynk and Micah.
