Dominic Thurbon founded Karrikins Group, a behaviour change agency that grew to more than 150 staff across Australia, New Zealand and North America before EY acquired it in 2019. His work as a Partner in EY's Climate Change, Sustainability and Community Impact practice involves guiding organisations through disruption and behaviour change, drawing on his executive and entrepreneurial experience. A second venture, Educator Impact, focused on teacher quality and student wellbeing, was acquired by Qoria in 2022. He has written the books Matter and Purpose-Driven Leadership, and contributed as lead researcher to Flip and Game On. Once a world top-ten debater, he remains a Tottenham Hotspur supporter and plays in a band called The Glorious Fourth.
