Melbourne circus performer Dot Dot works across handbalancing, Chinese pole and acrobatic manipulation, trained through a diploma in community theatre and time spent with the Beijing Acrobatic Troupe. A Chinese pole specialist credit with Cirque du Soleil's Saltimbanco sits alongside placings at the Street Performance World Championships in Dublin and Cork, and People's Choice wins at buskers' festivals in Vancouver, Victoria, Halifax, Port Credit and Toronto. Three distinct shows are on offer: a 40-minute street-style set combining pole work, handbalancing and crowd interaction; a silent, comic solo piece that can run as a single five-minute spot or a longer sequence; and Metamorphosis, a six-minute handbalancing piece set to a Philip Glass score. International festival appearances include Edinburgh Fringe and the Christchurch World Buskers' Festival.
