Double Shot Maggie

Irish trad played with a punk engine behind it. Double Shot Maggie are five, sometimes six, and they split their sets roughly half traditional tunes and half contemporary Celtic rock, with a handful of slower ones for the swaying part of the night. Pubs, festivals, weddings and events around Geelong, Melbourne and the regional cities. They'll bring a PA if the venue hasn't got one, or plug into yours through DIs or mic'd amps, but with drums in the mix a proper stage isn't optional. There's also a piano accordion option for arrivals and dinner, a quieter way to set the room before the full band starts. On time, self-sufficient, and honest about liking what they do.
