A veterinary degree with first class honours from Sydney University set Chris Brown up for a clinical career on Sydney's North Shore before a chance discovery in a pub led to a screen test with the Seven Network and a debut as the new vet on Harry's Practice. Bondi Vet followed in 2009, running on Channel Ten with Brown as host and earning a Logie nomination for Most Popular Factual Program, and he went on to co-present The Living Room and appear as a panellist and reporter on The Project. He later co-hosted the Australian instalment of the celebrity reality format I'm a Celebrity, alongside Julia Morris. Brown has served as an ambassador for Medibank Pet Insurance and Assistance Dogs Australia, among other brands.
