Large-scale stage illusions are the specialty of Drace, a Brisbane-based magician who works with big props designed to make a person or object appear out of thin air on stage. That kind of trick suits a product launch or a staged entrance as much as a straight magic slot, and the act performs it alongside live doves and rabbits for a fuller stage picture. An assistant, actress Jo Christiaans, is part of the show's line-up. Drace has held a magician residency at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast. Private functions, weddings, corporate events and aged care bookings are also offered.
