Eddie Mac

Twenty-five years of work within Australia's underground black music scene sit behind Eddie Mac, a Melbourne DJ whose sets move across disco, funk, reggae and both jazz funk and soul jazz styles. A radio show, Bionic Boogie, began on Kiss FM Australia back in 2005 and has continued alongside the DJ bookings since. Prince, George Clinton and Nile Rodgers all appear among the artists Eddie Mac has supported, as do D'Angelo, Roy Ayers and Pete Rock, with Questlove, Robert Glasper, DJ Krush and Soul II Soul rounding out that list. That spread of supports across genres is what a booking here draws on.
