About this act
edgebug is a fixture of the lo-fi house community in Naarm, making warm grooves that pull dancers inward for a moment before opening out into something euphoric. The productions and the DJ sets both nod at dance music old and new, fusing 90s house with ambient textures and forgotten R&B B-sides. In his sets his own tracks get woven through modern classics and deep cuts with a light technical touch. After a run of well received singles he independently released his debut EP, All That I Wanted, on vinyl in 2024, and has kept up a steady output as producer and DJ since.
