Em-Jay Dwyer works across musical theatre as a sound designer and operator, and writes and performs as well. New works are the real passion, which in theatre means being in the room while a show is still being figured out, solving problems nobody has solved before. That's a different skill from running an established production. Useful to have on a project that's still finding its shape.
