Emily Williams

Most people first heard Emily Williams as runner-up on Australian Idol. She went on to be a founding member of the Young Divas, and the platinum and gold releases, plus two decades of touring at home and overseas, followed from there. On stage she has played Rachel Marron in the Australian production of The Bodyguard, headlined with Synthony and worked with artists in New Zealand, the UK and the United States. She was born in New Zealand, is of Fiji-Samoan heritage, and holds the role of Global Ambassador for Women of Colour Australia. As a live act she covers pop, soul, R&B and dance, and can pitch a set anywhere between a quiet acoustic moment and a full-voice ballad. Melbourne based, she takes corporate dinners, galas, festivals, concerts and private functions.
