West African dance and drumming form the backbone of this Melbourne act, led by Emmanuel Laryea and built to scale from a single performer to a full group. A solo booking runs ten to thirty minutes and covers dish spinning, acrobatics, drumming and traditional dance; pop-up sets add up to two twenty-minute rounds with as many as four performers, while a full floor show stretches to ninety minutes with four to eight performers moving through dance, drumming, acrobatics, balance and hand-to-hand work. Dance workshops are also on offer, covering afro-funk, traditional African dance and afro-contemporary styles for groups as large as a room allows. Custom shows can be built to a client's own brief and duration.
