Irish ballads, jigs and reels sit alongside contemporary songs in Celtica's repertoire. The Melbourne band's instruments include guitar, accordion, fiddle, mandolin, double bass and Irish drum, supported by group vocals. Dance calling is also part of the performance, with instructions for guests joining a bush dance. Their experience covers pubs, wineries, festivals and weddings, and the songbook reaches from traditional Irish favourites to music by the Pogues and Van Morrison.
