Chutzpah! are a Sydney quartet playing traditional klezmer music and familiar Jewish and Yiddish melodies. Clarinet, banjo, accordion and tuba make up the ensemble, led by clarinettist Maria Custudio. The repertoire ranges from slower melodic pieces to lively dances suitable for the hora. The group can play in the background or as a featured act, drawing on members' classical and folk training to shape the music for celebrations and other functions.
