Hasina's belly dance background includes competition appearances and training with teachers from Egypt, Europe and the United States. Her results include wins in the solo classical oriental categories at Poland's Nova Orient Festival in 2012 and Orient Addicts in 2013. Her study has covered Egyptian song interpretation, veil work and drum solos, alongside other oriental dance techniques. The Sydney dancer brings that performance and training background to her belly dance work.
