About this act
Exotique pairs Farhan Shah's live music with dance and circus performance in Adelaide. Shah's singing draws on Sufi traditions, while Wendy Dys, Delilah Dame and Kalikah Jade bring aerial, contemporary and belly dance backgrounds to the show. The production places movement alongside music from Pakistan and beyond, allowing the different performers to interpret the sound in their own ways. It is a combined stage project featuring the artists together.
