Perth musician Kim Anning performs solo jazz guitar and vocals, drawing on years of work in local jazz ensembles. His solo repertoire ranges from instrumental pieces to sung standards, blues and retro pop. He plays live without backing tracks, keeping guitar and voice at the centre of the performance. Alongside solo bookings, Kim leads the jazz band Blue Monk and continues to draw on his ensemble background in his arrangements.
