Damian Wright is a flamenco guitarist based in Coogee whose work spans solo performance, ensembles and composition. He leads Bandaluzia and has performed as a soloist at India's Rajasthan International Folk Festival. His background includes flamenco study in Spain and a master's degree in contemporary music improvisation from Macquarie University. Damian has recorded with Rasa Duende and the Translators, and has also composed and performed music for theatre and film.
