Papa Willie Band

Papa Willie Band offer acoustic jazz in a mobile trio format. Melbourne musician Will Purcell contributes banjo, guitar and vocals, bringing experience from jazz bands and touring in North America and Asia. The group's repertoire includes standards such as All of Me, Honeysuckle Rose and Sweet Georgia Brown, alongside other familiar tunes. Their portable format allows performances indoors or outside, with live music presented without the setup of a larger amplified band.
