Russell McGilton is a Coburg North writer and performer who tells the story of his ten-month bicycle journey from Bombay to Beijing. The trip became his book Yakety Yak and a one-person stage show. His presentations use photographs and humour to recount the practical mishaps and unexpected encounters along the route. He also brings experience in acting, children's theatre and advertising production to his work as a speaker and event host.
