The Jack Earle Big Band

Pianist, composer and musical director Jack Earle leads this Melbourne big band. Established in 2007, the ensemble developed a live repertoire and released a self-titled album that received airplay on Australian jazz and community radio. Jack's work spans performing, arranging and musical theatre, with trumpet and vocals among his other musical skills. The big band brings those interests together in an ensemble setting, drawing on his experience writing for and directing groups of musicians.
