Schwarzwald Black Forest Band

Yodelling, cowbells and audience participation are part of Schwarzwald's Bavarian style show. Also known as Black Forest Band, the Melbourne group plays German themed parties, weddings and Oktoberfest events. Accordion or keyboards, drums and brass feature in its musical team, with slap dancing available as an additional element. The band's history includes long associations with Melbourne's German restaurants and beer halls, combining traditional celebration music with more modern songs in the programme.
