Ulah performs as Arabesque Belly Dance, offering choreographed shows with veils, sticks and finger cymbals. The Sydney act draws on routines developed by choreographer Ruth Brent, with an emphasis on varied movement and audience engagement.
Her costumes can take inspiration from historical paintings of Middle Eastern dancers or follow a cabaret style. Past clients describe performances at birthdays, engagements and the Festival of the Olives in Parramatta. Guests can be invited to join the dancing as part of the show.
