Ranger West sings and plays guitar with the Kangaroo Creek Gang's animal characters. The Perth children's show combines full size costumes and puppets, including Kevin Kangaroo and Wal Wombat, with recorded accompaniment behind the live music. Children join the singing, dancing and instrument playing during the programme. The characters also appear in books and screen productions, while the live show brings them into schools, shopping centres and family events.
