The Beatlez recreate successive chapters of the Beatles' music, moving from early hits into the colourful Sgt Pepper period. Formerly known as the Melbeats, the Melbourne group pays attention to the instruments as well as the costumes. Scott McCarthy performs as John Lennon, Ben King as Paul McCartney, Michael Burke as George Harrison and Dan Slater as Ringo Starr. Their equipment includes period-style guitars, Vox amplifiers and a vintage Ludwig drum kit. The show is offered for private celebrations, festivals, club performances and corporate events.
