Playback Theatre Sydney

Playback Theatre Sydney turns stories from an audience into improvised performance. Actors, musicians and facilitators listen to experiences shared by the group, then respond through scenes, movement and music. The ensemble works from a brief, making the session relevant to the people in the room. It can form part of a conference, training day, company retreat or dinner. Participants help shape the material as it unfolds, creating opportunities for humour, reflection and a different view of their colleagues’ experiences.
