Light, costumes and props are woven into Wicked Octopus's live band show. The Sydney ensemble pairs male and female lead vocals with guitars, bass, drums, saxophone and flute, while an optical musician works with the visual effects. Party and dance songs provide the musical material, with audience participation part of the presentation. The act supplies its own PA and lighting for a performance designed around both what the audience hears and what it sees.
