Nadiru is the performing name behind this electronic music composer, DJ and curator, whose sets favour restraint and texture over high-tempo excess. Vinyl and original composition both feed into the work, built around groove and atmosphere rather than immediacy. The sets have played out in underground spaces on three continents, Australia, Asia and South America among them, alongside years of involvement in community-driven projects that bring music together with visual and spatial work. As founder of the label RedDome Records, Nadiru extends that approach into releases built for deeper listening, treating electronic music as an environment rather than only a soundtrack. Visual art and cultural curation both inform the broader practice alongside the DJ sets themselves.
