Fellipe Octavio

Fellipe Octavio, who records as Nadiru, is an electronic composer, DJ and curator whose work sits at the meeting point of sound, space and perception. Restraint is the operating principle: depth over excess, intention over immediacy, with the interplay between groove, texture and atmosphere explored through vinyl and through composition. His path runs through underground spaces in Australia, Asia and South America, alongside years of community driven projects joining music with visual and spatial work. He founded RedDome Records, a label built around sound as something to inhabit rather than simply move to. Each set and each release is part of the same ongoing exploration of rhythm as a language.
