Flute and guitar, playing songs you already know. Kees and his partner have been married 40 years and it shows in how they lock together, and the repertoire they've built sits somewhere north of 450 songs. Think Classical Gas, Eleanor Rigby, Apache, Hotel California, Video Killed the Radio Star, plenty of Bacharach. Kees plays some genuinely odd guitars, and punters do come up mid set to ask about them. That's usually how the conversation starts. They fit into about 2m by 2m, bring their own small PA and cabling, can run on battery power where there's no socket, and arrive an hour early to sound check. fully insured for public liability, certificate on request.
