Flux State are a hybrid electronic and acoustic band playing experimental dance music on Gadigal land. The live set takes the improvised ethos of jazz and puts it over slamming electronic beats, which is a strange combination that works better than it should. The sound came out of DIY warehouse parties in Sydney's Inner West, and there is a cult following building around it. Based in Newtown.
