Frank Millward

Frank Millward plays piano and keyboards, teaches, and works as a session musician, sitting somewhere between traditional and futuristic in what he does. He's comfortable inside an ensemble or accompanying a singer, strong as a reader and as an improviser, and equally at home on piano or synthesiser. The work has taken him through music theatre and club gigs and everything between, and he arranges and writes original charts for any combination of players. His focus is on supporting whoever he's working with, and the playing aims to reach the intellect and the senses at once.
