Funk Junk

Funk Junk turns found objects into percussion instruments. Tuned PVC pipes supply bass notes, while recycled metal, plastic and hubcaps create other sounds. Five performers combine movement with rhythmic arrangements, using a worksite-inspired presentation. The group can rove, bringing its unusual instrument collection into the event rather than staying on a conventional stage.
