Georgie and Michael Manikus front FX Band out of Brisbane, and the size is yours to pick, anywhere from a duo up to a ten piece. Georgie sings, Michael plays keys, and the pair of them have the sort of stage chemistry you only get from playing together for a long time. The songbook runs from the 1950s through to now: jazz, blues, pop, rock, whatever the room wants. They work weddings, corporate nights and private functions across Queensland. And if you need the music to keep going after the band stops, they run DJ sets too, so there's no dead air while gear gets packed away.
