Gavin Doniger is a singer and songwriter from south-east Queensland who has performed in more than 15 countries and toured up and down both Australian coasts. He records and plays solo as well as fronting his main act, Mescalito Blues. The voice is raspy and growling, and the rhythm and stomp underneath it does the rest. It's a solo show that carries the weight of a much bigger one.
