About this act
Hip hop, R&B and club sounds from further afield, bent out of shape a bit for the fun of it. GENTRIFIED RICE take familiar tracks and put a twist through them, which is the whole point of the project. Wordplay, stank faces and a packed room. Built for clubs where people actually want to let go rather than nod politely at the back.
