George

George has been DJing since 1976, starting in venues around Sydney's eastern suburbs and spending the late 70s and 80s keeping floors busy at clubs including IDAS Disco in Kings Cross. Rock and roll is the whole focus. He also works as an MC and announcer, teaches rock and roll dancing, and at one point ran classes across five locations in Sydney. The credits list is long: cruise ship work, radio voice-overs, the Red Cross Baby Boomers Ball, shows at the Footbridge Theatre and the Seymour Centre, MC duties at the Parks Elvis Festival, Australia Day at Darling Harbour, and Chromfest in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
