Gerard

Gerard is a Melbourne acoustic singer and guitarist with a soft spot for stripped-back takes on RnB. That's the thing that sets his sets apart: familiar songs, rearranged for one guitar and a voice, so they sound fresh instead of karaoke. He reads a room well and paces a wedding day accordingly, quiet for the aisle, easy through canapes, then lifting once people have had a drink and want to dance. Solo is the core offering. From there he can add a second player for harmonies, percussion or keys, go up to a trio with piano, or bring a DJ in to carry the night after the live set finishes.
