German Sugar

Originally from Munich, German Sugar has been based in Australia for more than a decade, playing vinyl sets that mix jazz, funk and disco with electro pop and house. A set can run as a relaxed daytime session or stretch into a longer late-night one, and the DJ adjusts pace and mood to suit which. Based on the Sunshine Coast, the goal each time is the same: a set that lets a crowd settle in and lose themselves in the music rather than watch the clock. Vinyl selection stays central to the approach throughout.
