Greg handles guitar, harmonica and vocals. Kaaren sings and plays percussion. Between them GK Duo have more than thirty years each of playing, in bands and duos here and overseas, and the last couple of years have gone into building a repertoire that actually works together. The sound sits in soft classic rock with pop from both the old and new ends: Beatles, Neil Young, Crowded House, Cat Stevens, Alanis Morissette, Missy Higgins, Vance Joy, Lorde, Teddy Swims, Amy Winehouse. Based at Bribie Island North, they bring their own amplification, microphones and lights, and turn up early enough to be ready before guests are.
