Grace Ta is a Sydney DJ with a storytelling approach to house music, and the sets move through the genre's many shades: disco, funk and nu-disco at one end, soulful and Afro house at the other. What she does carefully is build the energy, taking a floor from warm early grooves through to something uplifting rather than jumping straight to the peak. Good option where the night has hours to fill and needs a proper arc to it.
