Busking at markets and early rock gigs on the Sunshine Coast marked the start of a career that has since run more than 20 years, taking in live performance, music programming and sound control along the way. A solo setup built around acoustic guitar and a percussive thump carries pub classics and party music through to a room, with a stage presence built for getting an audience involved rather than performing at a distance. Venues from Airlie Beach down to Brisbane have hosted the act, and an eight-year stretch based in Darwin added club, pub residency and corporate work to the run of bookings.
