GridLock come out of Lake Macquarie playing hard rock loud. Mace Williams sings, Sage Mullins plays guitar, and Zac Stubbs and Christopher Gonzalez hold down the rhythm section. The set mixes their own songs, including Fear of the Depths and The Lord of Time, with Metallica, Nirvana, Rage Against The Machine, Wolfmother, Paramore and Silverchair. In 2024 they reached the YouthRock Semi-Finals. They travel with their own lighting and more than one sound system, so an outdoor gig that needs volume is no problem. There's also an unplugged version of the band if you want the same songs played quietly.
