Honey Hive

Kristina Frazer sings and Karl Javernig plays guitar, and together they are Honey Hive, a lounge jazz duo based in the Blue Mountains. Formerly Jazz Daiquiri, they've been playing together around three years and have worked most of the region: the Avalon Restaurant, Aunty Ed's, Bootleggers, the Fairmont Resort, Two Doctors Whiskey Tavern, the Grandview Hotel, the Coronation Hotel in Portland and Alan Grammar Wine Bar in Penrith. The material is jazz classics by Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Hoagy Carmichael, played cool and polished and easy to sit with. Book them as a guitar and vocals duo, or add horns for a trio. They bring their own PA, and hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
