About this act
Founded in 1993, this Sydney street theatre company has taken its stilt-walking acts to more than 40 countries, with performances at the Sydney Olympics and Glastonbury Festival along the way. The signature acts are properly odd in the best way: Roo'd, a troupe of bouncing kangaroos; Beach Patrol lifeguards; and Giant Seagulls. Comedy is the engine, spectacle is the delivery. There are themed versions for Christmas, sports events and Australiana celebrations too, so a festival, a corporate day or a public event can all be matched with something suitable.
