Circus elements sit alongside the orchestral material, including pole dancers and a fire-breathing violinist worked into the same set as the musicianship, and the usual concert dress code is swapped for glitter and lace rather than concert blacks. The music is written by composer Chlo Charody , which turns the concert hall setting into something closer to a nightclub for the length of the performance.
