Anna Maria Hanna founded VZNBRD, a Western Sydney consulting firm that works across creativity, strategy and community impact. A social worker by training, she's spent more than a decade in government and the community sector, and she's had a hand in shaping serious reform: NSW's Child Safe Standards, the LGBTQIA+ Equality Bill, and policy on youth crime and terrorism. What she's known for is connecting things that don't usually talk to each other, people, ideas and systems, and getting changemakers to turn a big idea into something that actually lasts. She speaks on culture, communication, resilience, mental health, entrepreneurship and the future of work, at conferences, in schools and virtually.
