Oakleigh City Brass Marching Band has been part of its community's public occasions since 1934. Its history includes state and national brass competitions, plus appearances at the Bendigo and Latrobe Valley eisteddfods. Australia Day, Anzac Day and Carols by Candlelight have all featured in the band's Monash performances.
