Samuel Jared leads Mustard, offering live covers with acoustic guitar, keys and vocal harmonies. The duo can add drums for a trio or bass for a four-piece band. Another three-person version uses two guitarists and keyboard with three-part vocals. The act works across southeast Queensland and northern New South Wales, moving from wedding dinner music to later dance sets.
